Wellness Made Natural offers a wide variety of resources for all your health and dietary needs. We provide private chef services, menu planning and meal delivery, individual and group cooking classes, one-on-one nutritional consulting and more.

Private Chef and Meal Delivery Services

Individual or Family:

We will work together to design meals catered to your specific tastes and dietary needs.  Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, paleo-compliant, heart-health conscious, macrobiotic, gluten-free, low-glycemic, low-fat, low-calorie, or you’re simply looking to add more nutritious foods into your diet, Wellness Made Natural will create your optimal meal(s). We do all the shopping, preparation, cooking and cleaning.  Meals are available as delivery or prepared in the home. All food is packed in eco-friendly, BPA-free, freezer and microwaveable safe, disposable tupperware.  

Menu Planning

Balancing life in New York City?  Have no time to plan your meals for the week, but actually enjoy cooking for yourself and/or family?  Let Wellness Made Natural do all the planning for you.  We will provide you with a healthy dinner plan, recipes and accompanying grocery list for you and your family every week.

Health and Culinary Consulting

Individual or Family:

We will work with you and/or your family to ensure that you have all the skills necessary to implement healthy and nutritious foods into your diet.  Whether you need a complete kitchen/dietary overhaul or just a minor makeover, Wellness Made Natural will get you exactly where you want to be.

You will learn:

  • Basic guidelines of nutrition and healthy eating.
  • How to choose whole grains, sea vegetables, quality meats and fish, beans, green vegetables, herbs, spices and more.
  • How to identify poor quality ingredients, processed foods, and artificial foods.
  • How to plan healthy menus, ranging from quick and easy weeknights, budget-friendly, or holidays and entertaining.
  • How to swap out foods in your pantry/refrigerator with the most effective ingredient list to facilitate health-supportive cooking any time of the day, for any occasion.
  • How to use food as medicine to combat such issues as energy, fatigue, allergies, immunity, depression and weight loss.
  • How to get fussy kids eating more veggies.
  • How to navigate a greenmarket or health food store.

Cooking Classes

Individual, Family or Group (Hands-On or Demonstration):

Healthy food doesn’t have to be boring or lack flavor.  We will show you how to make gourmet and delicious nutrient-dense foods.  Whether you’d like to learn culinary techniques, current trends, gluten-free baking, or how to create the perfect cocktail party hors d’oeuvre, Wellness Made Natural will show how easy and simple it all can be.  All classes will be structured around you or your group’s desired requests.
